After the CELSI and WageIndicator teams presented the aim of the Barcovid project, the representatives of employers, trade unions and academic community discussed the impact of the pandemic on collective bargaining as well as state measures relating to layoffs, remote work, short-time work and other salient topics. The aim of the meeting was to better understand the country-specific bargaining situation, as well as potentially identify newly negotiated collective agreements in each country.
